What can we learn from this idiot (me) :)
•hip shoot up first during the starting pull
•lower back rounded
•screaming for attention(ego lifting)
•non proper lifting shoes
- Reason why people shoot up their hip first and round their back mostly due to the loss of tightness on hamstrings and back extensors.
-So keeping the hamstrings tight and create tension on lower back (neutral arch) are useful cures for the hip shoot up issue.
- For a stronger Deadlift, assistant works like stiff legged Deadlift and back extension are good for building stronger posterior chain. Having a legit belt around your waist may also improve the co-contraction of the core, thus better energy transfer from ground to the barbell.
Whenever, whatever, have a good day!
